what am i trying to write
or so to shake off?
who and what and fears say?

trust trust trust
trust spirit within
love glorious sacred intertwining mysterious

life lived traumatic cycles
prayers created simple clarity
share truths - i respect you and step back
not to avoid but to give you space
and in that space offer tenderness and strength
whisper a prayer of encouragement in your ear
care for every pain your heart has endured

you are so familiar love
deep prayers manifest
hard roads, trials, respect slowly polished
till - compassionate grace
in a flash - hearts recognition
through a mist - awakening times together

i’ve always known your smile
i’ve never tired of holding you close
loving infusing desires until to love is grand, mythic, simple

how do i know?
